Abstract:
C is the nineteenth century that implements the concept of esotericism (the concept dates back to the Renaissance, Faivre 1996) in response to the strong momentum secularization that was developing in Europe and attacked the major religious institutions. These were the dissenters of the established order that took it first, watching the same side of the masonry but are arranged in a camp "spiritual" as the first socialist. Were grouped under this banner supporters of a mixed original Christianity, who sought in the East, the "primordial tradition" or those who did talk to spirits of the dead around a table. The esoteric Christian culture imbued as it was in the West, has been and serve as intermediary between religious and Masonic worlds have officially broken bridges in Europe.
