Pmu Foals Auctions 2010

FIRST OUT FULLY

After several months of "sacrifice" to pace, hair and weight training for strength and countless hours of home trainer, yesterday for the first time this season I am left without any bridle and I can tell you that ... I'm still cooking!

lot of people to appointments, about fifteen people, which allowed us to form a good group to start, although, as usual, we stayed at eight since the middle of the trail. This is not surprising, given the pace despite a headwind of nearly 40 km / h.

Regulars ...

Rundowns and new, with a touch of color ... ;-)

Well, he had to turn around at Rambouillet because he broke a spoke on the rear wheel. Too bad because it was running well and took his share of work. Destination Chevreuse Valley (with the headwind to Rambouillet), returning a little better because we had three quarters in the back, but the legs were already a bit damaged due to the pace. That said, it does not stop me from challenging climbs Patrick on a journey. Too bad that just after Marc had the good idea to get us to go to That (the coast the hardest of the morning) ... You can imagine what state (pathetic) we (Patrick and me) has mounted ... :-( Fortunately

Bernard has brought willingly to a puncture. This allowed us to recover a little sun ...

And while Philip was helping ...
Others, like Americo and Jean Claude played the cool ;-). Well, it should be noted that, for once, took some Americo over until it's gone all alone ... In fact, the approach Limours he continued straight on (he was all alone head) while we turned left to climb and eventually Roussigny to the Snail.
But just after repairing a puncture (and before the start of Americo), Marc (yesterday was a very good day) escaped alone in the purest style Cancellara and no one can follow his wheel ...

And finally, we arrived without further incident to the Snail, the last climb I've done thoroughly (well, with what was left ... ;-)

And then relax alone during the last ten miles to try to clean toxins in the legs while the rest of the group continued its pace. Today I have an appointment with the cardiologist and I'm not sure how to make my session active recovery on the home trainer.

Conclusion: 3h4_ bike to travel 105 km with 500 m drop to an average of 27.8 km / h (it was above 28 km / h before leaving the group). Cons by heart rate was very high: 149 pulses. Look

head ... I
We'll see what I say because the cardiologist, for now, I still have the legs applesauce.

What Is The Biggest Number Ever Recorded

A WEEK AND MORE LIES

As you can imagine (except that by the time I started writing this column) in recent days I'm a little busy.

Already last week, I have not had much time to train because I left in Turkey (because of work). Accordingly, my preparation was limited to active recovery session (Monday) and another fitness gym at the hotel once I managed to find (after over an hour in lost nature).

I do not know if I ever told, but to go to Bursa (a "small" city of almost two million people) I have to fly to Istanbul, a ferry (normally) until to Yalova and then 80 km of road (now in very good condition) up to Bursa. In fact, part of the house at 05:30 and it never happens before 18:30 local time (19:30 in France).

And all this without taking into account the hazards of the journey: as the cancellation of the boat due to bad weather which forces them to go around the Bosphorus (without GPS or card ;-) or, as this time where I'm lost in this great-looking hotel, with gym, which I had talked (despite three tons of Google maps I had printed).

I can assure you that when you're in the middle of night, alone, lost, without speaking a word of Turkish and without having the slightest idea of your location unless you're trying to walk away on Bursa road where there is no way to turn around ... you feel very, very, very small.

Well, I finally managed to make a U-turn on what, in a few months, will become a ring road (including a bridge over the motorway) but the locals away used as if it was already long over (after the bridge and access to the other side are not even paved). In Bursa, I made the right output (pure coincidence) and once in the city and after asking three people (including a police officer) I managed to get to my hotel ... completely exhausted.

As you understand, after such an effort, it was out of question not to go to the gym ... it became a question of honor ... ;-)
Photo thermal baths (very famous here ) but I have not had the opportunity to test ... yet.

Thursday to return home (still a relatively late arrival: 23:00) because, among other things, the taxi driver the only one in the world (perhaps in the galaxy) that met strict speed limits. And once at home, receive (on ball) my parents came to spend a few days and who had arrived that evening.

That said, it does not keep me out Sunday morning with the group Babou. Good, fairly with Mark, because when we had traveled only 30 km we remained alone. And in addition, Mark had not a good day (because of a move on Saturday) so I had to secure the head during the entire output.

Conclusion: 3:24 bike to travel 89.2 km with 675 m drop to an average speed of 26.3 km / h (instead of my average) and heart rate of 139 beats.

Regarding the weight is stable, which is a feat because my parents brought home all these good English products any good athlete does not have the right to eat ... just enough to feed us for a ;-) Good
months

1970s Male Stubbie Shorts For Sale

All those who practice our sport know, we have a tendency (almost a disease) to conceal and exaggerate our weaknesses. For example, when we reach our pals drive is very rare that someone openly declares that he has trained well during the week, he lost those extra pounds he had and, if If he is in a very good shape (even if he can not keep pace with those of head).

Quite the opposite, the general trend is rather to maximize all our problems (real or imagined) and phrases like these can be heard every Sunday morning: I have not trained this week (no more than four hours per day), I sleep very badly (before going to bed), I do not lose weight (because I have not an ounce of fat to lose), etc. ... and after the / s guy / s in question, rolls over the top all the way out ;-)

And in our group, we have a pro. He called Americo:

(file photo)

him after four months of not touching the bike (he says) and his age, remained at the wheel during the entire trip and, Increasingly, he allowed himself the luxury of making all mounted on front (good ... as usual ;-)

I think if he was training a little bit, Contador and the Schleck brothers would struggle to hold his wheel (despite his age ;-). Otherwise, given the results, Mark, Patrick and I are now thinking seriously about making a break of at least four months (see more) the next winter.

But hey, if we return to our output: gray and cold morning (between 4 and 7 ° C) wet because of rain the day before with, in addition, a lot of moisture. Nine riders

the RDV (more Americo, with his natural class, we caught up on the way ;-). Road to the south (to return with the wind at your back) to Maisse, Milly la ForĂȘt, Boutigny, Mondeville Mennecy.

From left to right: Patrick (already recovered from his flu), Philip and Gerard.

A new element with which I could not talk today.
Marc, Jean Charles, Bernard and Atilio slipping away.

From my side, I spent a good part of the morning at the head (with Mark). Now I can afford this rate ... even if, as usual, I let go in the ribs not to ride in beats.

In conclusion: A little over three and a half hours to travel bike 93.5 km with 490 m vertical drop at an average speed of 26.5 km / h. An average heart rate of 139 beats performing two climbs (including the Mondeville) just under my threshold and an acceleration towards the end in order to clear the engine ;-)

And like everyone else during the week I n 't have resulted either. Just three home trainer sessions (Monday to unclog them, in force on Tuesday and Thursday to develop the mechanism of lipid), two workouts at the gym (Wednesday and Friday) and dual output started (one on Saturday from 66 km and Sunday ;-).

I continue to lose weight but not the speed I want. Normal, as for now, I deprive myself of anything ... even if this week I'll have to monitor a little because I go to Turkey for three days and my parents come home with all the good stuff of Spain.

Marlin Model 80 Scope

CYCLING BACK TO THE VALLEY CHEVREUSE

Time flies and we are already in February.

month of January has been very productive (more than I expected) with 31 and a half hours and 758 km (including much on the home trainer) to an average of 132 beats.

But the real news of this season were the workouts at the gym Morsang sur Orge (nine in total if I count those made at the hotel in Spain). As I had already explained, I am beginning to learn human anatomy through the pain produced by muscle soreness ;-)

The downside: weight. This week I recovered a portion of the bottle I had lost. I have the strange habit of counting my extra pounds as if it were water bottles a liter and a half (it's more graphic ;-). And I have three more to lose

:-( The problem is that muscle is heavier than fat, and despite a decrease in the percentage of that I gained a little weight. Grease I still for the winter and part of the spring so I can not even see my new abs ...

;-) Well, if we return to our outing today. A lot of people to appointments, about a dozen riders.

For now, the usual ...
The return of Joel and John Charles (right and left in photo).
From??, I do not remember her name (center) between John Charles and Jean Claude, who never tires of watching his new BMC framework (I'll take pictures next time because I do I realized the change only once on the road).
And the usual Patrice (left) this time without his friends and Patrick (right) who spent last week in bed with the flu. Consequence: It is the first time he stays with me on the coasts ... ;-)
From the first time Marc and I took matters into hand, as this time the wind blew from the south-west we went into the valley Chevreuse.

This time, the council of elders accompanied us to the roundabout between Chevreuse, the Mesnil and 17 rotating through which they descended to go home. We stayed at Four: Joel Patrick, Mark and me. Mesnil

the Directorate for turning down the 7 Dampierre then fit the 17 rotating to go through Port Royal, Gif and Palaiseau. Good on the mounted Gif, Joel (a bit short form) and Patrice have dropped, but as we had their permission, Marc and I went back alone.

Conclusion: 3:46 minutes by bike to travel 96.5 km with 635 m drop to an average of 25.7 km / h. In my case, an average of 138 beats. I can now stand on the flat, even in the lead, but I always loose on the coasts and, like today, I had my Orbea Orca (with the development of summer) I took the opportunity to develop strength in each rise (and there were a few ;-).

Can You Put Onyx Tile On Shower Floor?

Thought theological and esoteric thought: the challenges of a structural analysis

Francesco Baroni (EPHE) is a specialist in the history of Western esoteric currents and in particular the work of esoteric Italian Tommaso Palamidessi ( 1915-1983), near Masonic circles and Martinists Italian founder of a Christian initiation of " Archeosophical . The conference will seek to question the assumption that the characteristics of the "form of thought "called esoteric (A. Faivre) depend on the structural relationships between esoteric and theological (Christian). The issue opens on a more fundamental question: Is a merger possible between the esoteric and the Christian theology and what can be any results? Palamidessi example will be called strongly on this point.
