Redishbrown Discharge

are looking for these two characters, Mark and Patrick. The only ones who dared to report for appointment today (and we did not neither cold nor hot: 0 ° C ;-) Just
As you can see, their faces covered, probably with obscure reasons.

We left in groups but from the beginning I imposed my hectic pace. They held the first rib (through a roundabout they negotiated twice) but the second steep slope, they withdrew and I lost. This is normal ... that could take an average of 23.7 km / h to 134 beats? ;-)

And here I was alone and abandoned, as expected ... Well, to be honest I had already warned so they were given carte blanche to leave because I wanted to follow my training program (ie ie, the development of capillaries). At first they tried to tempt me, they were rolling in front of me only 100 m, but when they saw that I stood at the entrance Lardy, they left. From my side, leaving Lardy, the temperature fell from the side obscure: -1 ° C Normal ;-), because as you can see from the picture there was a little snow. It is well known in the freezer it is still more than fridge cold ...

;-) Well, I continued as planned to Poupette where the road was a bit icy (it was not salty ) within the limits of acceptability for a bike ride. Fortunately I took it in the direction of the climb, I do not want to think about those, today, took it the other way.
Approaching the Racoin Mesnil, more snow and hunters on the right and left. In the snowy fields that can be seen at the bottom I saw a deer trying to escape the chase but I arrived late for the photo. I hope that hunters will not have been luckier than me. I continued on the road and in the false flat (before diving towards Etampes) I was caught by two riders old enough that rolled to the bottom to catch me (apparently, and despite their age, they don ' have not heard either, capillaries ;-). Oddly, they calmed down just pass me so I rolled in their wheels for a while and passing some relays.

And we drove up to three Lardy where they veered to the right and me on my side, at home with much milder temperatures: 1 ° C.

In conclusion, these first two weeks of the season I managed to keep my plan, even if most of the sessions were on the home trainer. I established a new record, nine meetings of the yarn ... :-(

And next week, resting a bit forced, because I go to Turkey and, increasingly, I can not go out or Saturday or Sunday ( perhaps, if I have any luck on the roll). I'll keep you posted ... Good
