Pain In Right Arm With Rash On Arm

LAST EXIT (France)

pretty hectic week that has completely disrupted my training program. Except Mondays when I went for the first time at the gym with the goal of sleeving a little trunk.

Tuesday, stuck in traffic, I arrived very late at my house for a mini-home trainer session where I did not have any feelings. I turned ten beats above what is usual. And

Wednesday apotheosis, my son Marc stuck in Paris (with an outing organized by the EC). They stayed in a hotel there. And I caught with almost 2800 people at Renault Technocentre where I had to spend the night. Fortunately organization was perfect and finally it's not so bad past-
We were well informed about the conditions outside and the measures that were taken inside.
-We had dinner with what a guy from the restoration that had remained on site and some volunteers.
And even broadcasts of soccer matches (in the lecture halls) and an impromptu concert by the teachers of the school of music of the EC (which were also stuck like us). In summary, super atmosphere to deal with some exceptional conditions. Well, sleeping in a meeting room, four chairs lined up this is not what is best for my body (already a bit old) but I managed to sleep as well. The others chose to sleep on the carpet or on their desk.

In my case, I had a little soreness in everything and in addition, I was so put out more than bicycle or fitness sessions until Saturday morning when I took over the home trainer but with very bad feelings.

And to cap off the week, Saturday we were invited to a party at my brother so I slept almost three hours.

As you understand, Yesterday, I had no desire to get up early and anyway (with my training program) I was condemned to ride alone, so finally, after great effort, I left at 09:15 towards Etampes, via La Ferte Alais, to avoid, wherever possible, mounted.

The weather was not too low (between 4 and 7 ° C), although the ground was still wet, mainly because of the thaw.

As expected, I rode very cool, gently and, surprise, halfway towards Etampes I met Mark and Patrick (seemingly the only ones showed up at the appointment).
The first part of the road with the wind at his back, was pretty easy but the way back, with the headwind was a bit harder to keep under control the heartbeat.
Well, finally, 3:10 bike at an average speed that I dare say if it is only under the effects of torture ;-). But what is really important is heart rate: 134 beats.

was my last outing of the year here in France. My upcoming reviews, I'll already in Spain, so before you leave, let me wish you a jewel Christmas and a good introduction in 2011 full of beautiful roads to travel with your bike.

Good Road
