2010: GREAT MOMENTS MY FIRST

The year is just finishing a good time to look back a little and see what we reported this 2010 Cyclo (but not only ...; -)

A quick overview of the highlights of the cycling season, but some solo, most (and best) with ... Basically, I wanted to limit myself to one photo per month, but it was not too good memories ... well, I'm not going to complain about that ... ;-)

JANUARY
A good start: the snow that fell on the second weekend we were able to do one of the best releases of the year (and it was only the second). We kept very good memories throughout the year.
For those who have never tried (you need an ATV as well) I encourage you because the feelings are unforgettable.

For the rest, was the month of enrollment for the Marmotte and the Etape du Tour (the main goals of the season) and ride alone, paced very quiet, to develop the capillaries.

FEBRUARY
This year, we had a very hard winter. Outputs in the fleet (jelly) or with snow, that is, always cold. And sometimes we find ourselves in situations just "borderline".

only way out, to dismount and pick your way ... someone tried to walk on ice with wedges?
We did it! ;-)

MARCH:
Still cold, but already the days are slightly longer and morale begins to rise. Now I can ride the same pace as the rest of the group ... (but they always have to expect after a climb ;-).

APRIL:
Months of meetings, first with Florian who just bought a new bike. Exit that I took to show him the results of my training plan ...
He appreciated my column, so much that he decided to call the "right of reply" ... The first in this blog ... ;-)

The second meeting with the group Cotesua during my two week vacation in Spain. Well, with them (and despite my training plan) I always see things the same way ... ;-)

MAY:

The arrival of spring is synonymous with long outings and intense I manage to keep up with the group and sometimes ... they are the ones that take mine ... ;-)

We are near the top goals of the season and it's not the right time to disperse with other activities, but with Marc (our human GPS) surprises can happen at any time.

Session "bike-branching" in the forest of Fontainebleau ... ;-)

JUNE: First
goals this season ... while my English colleagues came to run the Paris - Roubaix, we (Thierry Florian and I) went off the worm Three Balloon, the moral block ...

Even if I finished with Florian (him, much fitter than April). Well, despite my head-end path, the cyclo was a highlight of the season, surely we will return in 2012.
But Florian, it was only the appetizer for a few days later he was already on the Ardechoise Orgerus with the group.
And to finish the month, I faced a "poltergeist" (strange or paranormal phenomenon) due to my tires Ultremo.
Finally, I did not need to exorcise my bike, it was enough with a standard exchange by Michelin ... ;-)

JULY:
A major appointment of the season: The Groundhog.

Without doubt my best ever because I could share it with Florian, but my mates Thierry Spaniards who came in large numbers.
And a few weeks later, another great moment in my first Etape du Tour where, finally, I have benefited fully from the results of my training plan (with new friends drive: group Orgerus) .

Tourmalet My first ...

AUGUST:
Once the goals of the season behind us, up to fun and games with the guys here ... Manolo, he is behind this blog ...
With the group BTT "Companys" ... And a little time to train future generations. SEPTEMBER
The priority is always happy news, this time shared with new friends for my BTT out here and Mikael Lawrence. But, unfortunately, terrible news has disturbed the end of the season. The death, after a long illness, Laurent Fignon.

OCTOBER
First rains make the mud starts to make roads impassable (at least for me ;-) So I go back to the bike with the group ... Babou course. Looks like they were waiting for me ... ;-)

NOVEMBER:
The fall colors are also conducive to thinking ... The ideal time to take stock of the season (this worked well and, above all, what did not work at all), start planning and thinking about the goals of the next.

And another bad news for the group Babou:
Thierry who, for reasons of work, went to southern France.

DECEMBER:
The return of cold and with him on the drive home trainer ... This year, almost 1,600 km without the comfort of my garage ... incredible!

Well, if we manage to leave the job without getting stuck in snow ... ;-)

But with snow or without it, Manuel ... ¡Vuelve a casa por Navidad!

In conclusion, as you can see, a very good year for cycling ... So much so that I could sign for one year 2011 of the same level ... and you ? ;-) Good

Road to Good Year.
